Rates & Fees: 

                                                   $40 MINIMUM CHARGE 

50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED IN ADVANCE; FINAL PAYMENT DUE WHEN WORK IS DELIVERED

Regular Double-Spaced Typing Rate:    $7.00 per page*
Regular Single-Spaced Typing Rate:      $14.00 per page*


(This is for monospaced Courier 12-point typing, with a 1.5" left margin, 1.25" right margin, 1" top and bottom margins.  This is the standard format for manuscripts, academic papers, journal articles, transcripts, etc.)

(We charge the double-spaced rate for stage plays and screenplays, even though those are technically single-spaced documents, due to the frequent short lines and extra returns.  Occasional very heavy pages, with long soliloquies in stage plays, or extensive stage descriptions in screenplays, may be billed at the single-spaced rate.)

Special Typeface/Margin Double-Spaced Rate:    $10.00 per page*
Special Typeface/Margin Single-Spaced Rate:     $20.00 per page*


(This is for proportionally-spaced Arial or Times New Roman font, 11-point, 1" margins all around.  Useful when you want a tighter, more professional-looking document.  However, the most cost-effective way to have your document typed is to have it entered in our standard format above, then convert it once it is complete.)

(This 50% higher rate is also charged for 10-point Courier typing; legal-size paper; or 1.5 line spacing.)

*These rates may be reduced for large jobs (100+ pages) or regular, repeat customers.  Note that there may also be a time charge added to the per-page charge for very-hard-to-read originals, heavy formatting (legal citations, medical terminology, etc.) or anything that slows down the typing entry process.

(Cover Letter Typing is billed at the single-spaced rate, $12-18.00 per page depending on typeface)

Original Writing; In-Depth Book/Screenplay
Manuscript Critique and Reorganization;
Advanced Computer Consulting Services               $150.00 per Hour
