Word Processing

We type/re-key/enter your text on the computer in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other programs.  We can take handwritten or typed originals and create an editable computer file for you.

Send us your marked-up, edited documents, by email scan, hand-delivery, fax, messenger or overnight mail, and we will enter the changes on the computer file and return it to you by email, fax, or deliver a hard-copy printout.

We help clients to prepare manuscripts for submission to editors and publishers, and work directly with self-publishing companies to submit client files, edited and formatted to suit their specific requirements.

We have prepared every type of document imaginable, including:

Prices:  Most entry work is billed at our regular rate of $7.00 per page (double-spaced, Courier 12 text 1.5" left / 1.25" right margins).  Lower rates available for high-volume, regular assignments.  Some work must be billed on a time basis (spreadsheet and data entry, graphic design for flyers and brochures, etc.), or we may add a small time charge to the page rate for heavy formatting or difficult-to-read original material (footnotes, bibliography, bad handwriting, etc.).  (See Rates & Fees for more information.)
